Physical Description: Black-haired with blue highlights that range from dark to very pale that's almost white and worn with different styles. Round blue eyes that change hues depending on the lighting, though it changes to gold during her accelerations and then swirling silver if she goes "berserk mode". Has aquiline nose, cherry-red lips, and straight white teeth. Height 4'10". Voluptuous figure. Dresses in extremes though likes extremely high heels (probably due to extremely short height). Temperature around Kouri is usually cooler (sometimes, COLDER if her mood is gloomy or sad or extremely angry) than the surroundings, though her body temperature is normal, 37 degrees Celsius.

Secret Dream: To be tall

Personality: Soft-spoken and likes using figurative speech when speaking to others. Dry, witty sarcasm can also be expected. Strangely has a preoccupation with owls, Owl City songs, and an assortment of extremely paradoxical things. Personality often fluctuates. Loner not by choice but because of her poor control of her powers, normal people tends to stay away from her. Keeps attracting weird people as friends. Exceptionally intelligent though always got kicked out from school due to aforementioned occurrences.

History: (According to her foster parents) infant found in Alaskan wilderness wrapped in a white fur blanket. Grew up in a normal way excluding the random occurrences in which her powers were seen. Parents once made her see a psychiatrist because the Guidance teacher said that Kouri was a problematic child and was diagnosed with Bipolar Personality Disorder, Clyclothymic type (see:http://bipolar.about.com/od/cyclothymia/Cyclothymia.htm), with some traces of Borderline Personality Disorder (http://www.nimh.nih.gov/health/publications/borderline-personality-disorder-fact-sheet/index.shtml). Obviously, her power surges are being misinterpreted by the doctor. However, this left Kouri feeling out of sorts and a bit paranoid regarding her mental state.

Family: A normal Japanese family who once visited the Alaskan wilderness. An only child.

Special Abilities:

 - Able to turn any liquid to ice. (Note: except of course those liquids like magma, well, you get the point!) 

 - Is an avid follower of Cryogenics and is slowly learning to manipulate particular elements like nitrogen, hydrogen, helium and oxygen to aid her powers.

 - Is still developing her special skills. She has only mastered a few so far:

1. Cold Burn: able to drop the surrounding temperature to below freezing, thereby causing body tissues of people within a specific radius to freeze, usually affects the extremities such as the fingers and toes first. Also known as frostbite (may affect both enemies and allies)

2. Ice Cube: surrounds Kouri with a thick, box-like wall of ice (an automatic defense mechanism, one that always gets her into trouble for appearing at inappropriate times, usually when she's stressed)

3. Crystalline Touch: Can turn things that she touches into ice or, at least, ice cold. Is still poorly controlled by Kouri thereby making her into a "Walking Freezer", as most of her normal classmates tend to call her rudely, behind her back of course.

4. Kousetsu: Makes a flurry of snow fall. Some people say it's purely for aesthetic purposes but no one really knows for sure.

Pets: No official pets but is almost always a magnet to Great Horned Owls and Snowy Owls (Probably due to the constant extra-cool temperature that constantly surrounds Kouri. Those particular Owls like the cold and would fight to death just to protect their territory)

Moreover, she always dreamed of a large white wolf that somehow changed into a human being and vice versa.
