Physical & Personality Description:
Normal mode
Light blonde hair, blue-green eyes that alter between colors depending on his mood and fair skin

Glass in acceleration

Accel mode
Platinum blonde hair, eyes turns bluish-green to gold depending of level used in ability, and skin becomes almost translucent. He's a height of 5'10" and has a baby face which he uses to advantage to get his way.
He has what anyone may describe as the looks of an angel... unless he's smiling then that's another story. He has a friendly, cheerful exterior and people who doesn't know him very well tend to baby him because he looks younger than he appears and often mistaken as a student. He has a real sinister personality, selfish, possessive and a stubbornness that is almost childish. In retrospect, he is also very loyal to people he deems worthy, faithful to his loved one, and protective of those he cares--- which are a scant few.
He avoids physical contact with others except for one person, Sword Play, where anyone can find him clinging all over her whenever they are seen together.
His level as a user jumps from low to borderline to becoming a berserker, is reckless when using his ability as long as it helps those he wants to help and can be a tad insane when in hyper mode. 

History:

"Feeling up to it?"

Was an accelerator at a very young age and has spent most of life in HADES where his sister became a staff. He was already in the high school level when new accelerators were brought in and was immediately attracted to the hotheaded silver-haired spitfire that was sent straight to the Headmaster's office. He has made it a daily habit to be noticed by her at every chance possible when she turned out to be an upperclassman.
After years of hard training and severe education -- inclusive of being a difficult student to his instructors -- he has finally graduated and has decided to continue lurking around campus after discovering the object of his affections has been signed in as an instructor at HADES.

Family:
Dr. Celis Enkil, older sister, staff at HADES and under government employ.

Special Abilities:
Can manipulate glass in any form and create something out of them, either as a weapon or as a shield. He always brings glass marbles wherever he goes, or he makes use of nearby windows.

Skills/Talents: stalking
Weaknesses:
Extremely grouchy in the mornings or when disturbed in his sleep. He easily tires out whenever he uses his ability even at a short amount of time.
His ability requires him to physically come in contact with glass before he can manipulate, otherwise he can't use it.
He is not immune to injury from his catalyst.
His shields are fragile panes of glass and he has to construct several dozens of them to hold and to safeguard the shield's host. The first few layers are always shattered when attacked and he has to construct rapidly to replace them, which takes a toll on him physically.
