A charming persona when dealing with clients, a mean demon behind doors as described by Headmaster Wood... well, he's the only one to say so.
Handles his work seriously and with great efficiency, can handles tasks quickly without further ado. Is already up in the mornings and goes off work late in the evenings, even when on a break he always brings work with him. All this and yet he never tires from it.
He likes sweets, especially caramel and strawberry sundaes, the only thing his colleagues can bribe him with to relax even if its just for 10 minutes.
History:
He never graduated from high school nor had the chance to return as he was always accused of cheating. Even in the numerous jobs he's managed to land he never stayed long as his co-workers believed he used 'connections' to get to where he was. He was always successful and very efficient in whatever he was set out to do, his bosses clearly favored him because of it and some jealous colleagues would stir up trouble to get him out.
After losing his last job, he applied for a secretarial position which landed him in HADES, personally handpicked by the Headmaster himself. He has been Headmaster Wood's secretary for some years, a task which he enjoys and gladly takes responsibility especially if the Headmaster puts it into his head to shirk his duties to 'play' again.
He fully respects Wood for despite the flamboyancy of his employer, within was a sharp mind and wit.

"Can you handle a desktop computer?" Interviewer asked, glancing at his hair on more than one occasion.
Dennis smiles. "I've never handled a computer before but I'm willing to learn." Really, he has never used one before.
Raising an eyebrow, the Interviewer looks at him doubtfully. "I see, then... can you do this?" Hands him a few sheets of paper with numbers and shorthand notes. "Deadline is this afternoon. In 2 hours."
Forty minutes later, Dennis presents her the comprehensible version of the shorthand notes, the arranged, sorted and correct computations of the numbers. All these piling in neat stacks and categorized.
"Impressive." Interviewer says after reviewing his work.
"Thank you." Dennis replied. "Oh, and you're computation in number 15, line 7, solution 8, page 3, was wrong."
He got the job.
