PERSONALITY:

Does not like to be played at.  Hates idiots, suckers, and the weak.  MOTTO: "Money is power and power is everything."  Although, she fell in love with a weak man...her current boss, Niko Udalov. 

EDUCATION:

The only education she has is when she was in the orphanage.  The rest was being trained under the Russian Mafia.  She was taught by one of the higher ups, Ivan Bogdanovich who is a linguist and a professor before he turned to bratva.  She is fluent in 6 languages: Spanish, Russian, French, English, Chinese, and Italian.  Very good in strategy and was called the ENIGMA because of her unpredictable temperaments and plans. 

HISTORY:

She and her twin brother Andrei escaped from the orphanage when they turned 12 and ran over some of the gangs in Moscow.  In not time, they were found out to be Accels and were immediately added as new members of the Izmaylovskaya Gang - one of the most powerful gangs in Russia.  She became an escort to a small gang leader named, Arshan Gavronskii and served him for 2 years while her brother Andrei was transferred to the Solntsevskaya Bratva, brotherhood of her gang and served as surveillance for the Russian Mafia. 

It didn't take her long to climb up the ladder, ambitious as she is.  She killed her own don after seeing how weak he is and became the don of the Blitzkrieg Clan, an association affiliated with the Solntsevskaya Bratva.  She became the mistress of one of the triad dons of the Bratva at the age of 20.  After reaching her goal - killing the don and becoming one of the triad, she lost interest.  She left her position to her most trusted man, Arnold Lempitski and left the underworld completely.

It was because she fell in love.  It might sound very romantic, but it was actually a job she took at first.  The bratva was hired to kill off Gad Nikolin Udalov, a rockstar that poses a great threat to one of the sons of the triad.  Monique found this stupid and protected the rockstar instead of killing him.  She stood up against one of the triad and challenged him to destroy her first.  Naturally, the other two dons would not do anything that stupid.  The Blitzkrieg Clan already is stronger than both the two clans combined. 

Andrei

Gad Nikolin Udalov is oblivious to all this.  All he knows is that Monique is a HARSH MANAGER who is interested in managing his career because of the money.  Monique loves him so much that she left her dark world to protect him.  Gad screwed around with a triad boss' daughter - that is the reason why he was targeted.  Monique knows that if she takes his eyes off him for a second, the other dons will surely kill him.  

Andrei, her brother served as one of Niko's bodyguards.  She has absorbed him as soon as she took control and made him one of the gang leaders.

Presently, "DMITRI" as she is known to the mafia, is overseeing and advising Lempitskii from afar.  Nevertheless, her control over the Russian Mafia is strong and unbreakable.
