History: 

Born from a prestigious family and an only child Lance had an extravagant life. But at his 6th birthday his abilities awakened, destroying his mind and plunging his family into gloom and despair. On that same day he nearly destroyed his house, endangered his family and nearly killed himself. In shock of his ability the family told him that he was just adopted and the only thing that he had when he was found was a picture of a group of scientists with a wolf. After learning the truth H.A.D.E.S contacted him and there he stayed for the time being. There they called him a Loser because he never got the chance to fight back because he was afraid he might lose his sanity again. but one time he fought back. The result was isolation. He was kept for a year as he was being maintained until he was able to regain control. A few years later he graduated from H.A.D.E.S. and was offered a job by Headmaster so he may be kept under close watch by H.A.D.E.S. But this year he saw a young boy and girl both looked exactly like two of the scientists in the photo.

Special Abilities: 

-The ability to send and receive electrical signals.These signals are best explained as the things that the nevous system use to send information from one nerve to another to the other body parts. The signals are sent or received as waves. 

-The ability to reconstruct and deconstruct matter. This is only limited to the mass and composition of the object. For example he can make a stone turn into a beautiful sculpture but with the same mass and composition. Another is that he can split water into hydrogen and oxygen. Also he can change a substance's phase, like from solid to liquid.

"Mr. Cahill we are very sorry to inform but due to your conditions you are not allowed to the outside world. On the other hand you do get to be a staff in H.A.D.E.S."

"Yes Headmaster. But time will come when I will be released outside of this prison." Lance replied as he went out of the Headmaster's Room with a slight smile on is lips. Headmaster sat there thinking what Lance meant. A few seconds later Lance came back."Headmaster Wood! Any idea where my office is? What kind of job do I have anyways? And when do I get a vacation?"
